Please write a letter to the leadership of the American Academy of Pediatrics insisting that they bring Resolution 27 up to debate. Here is a sample letter you may adapt for your own use.  The first highlighted paragraph is provided as a prompt to share any personal experience you may have about the medicalization of gender confusion.  Please write as soon as possible as the First Do No Harm protest at the Anaheim Convention Center is taking place October 8th.
