GASBR Welcomes Vital Conversation on Constitutional Crisis
Created by Trump / Biden Obstruction of Equal Rights Amendment
Event promises live participation by Presidential Candidates

Presidential candidates Jill Stein and Marianne Williamson as well as impact litigator Wendy Murphy and others are now scheduled to appear on a panel on the Equal Rights Amendment live on YouTube on May 15th, at 5 pm, PDT.  The event is being organized by Colorado Congressional District #5 Independent candidate, Katrina Nguyen.  

The Equal Rights Amendment was ratified as the 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution by the requisite number of states in January 2020 and became law in 2022. Despite this, first the Trump Administration and subsequently the Biden Administration have both obstructed its being published onto the Constitution and have fought its publication in court.

Both Stein and Williamson as Presidential candidates have previously affirmed their support for the publication of the already fully-ratified Equal Rights Amendment.  So far every other candidate has ignored this constitutional crisis or blamed Congress for the active obstruction of their own  Executive branch.
